Cassidy is a native Houstonian, born and raised in the southwest Houston area. She is the heart of the farm—balancing her full‑time work life with caring for the animals and keeping everything running day to day. She has two children, ages 10 and 4, from a previous marriage that she and Cristo raise together in a home that’s always busy and full of life. The kids play an active role on the farm, helping collect eggs, refill waterers, and learn responsibility through age‑appropriate daily chores. During the school year, their family also grows to include foreign exchange siblings, adding even more culture, learning, and energy to their household.

Cristo, originally from Venezuela, met Cassidy shortly after immigrating to Houston. He is a devoted dad with one daughter in Ecuador and a proud stepdad to Cassidy’s children, making their home a uniquely blended family built on love, teamwork, and connection across borders.

Together, they raise chickens for fresh eggs (hens only—no rooster) and keep quail for both egg production and breeding. Their farm reflects their values of family, responsibility, and creating a welcoming home where everyone belongs.
